Summary

0000007: Make the binders available to other applications than the prototyper

Description

Binders are the part of the prototyper that given an ui and a network, it links elements on both sides by means of widget properties and network names.

Binders add comunication elements between both worlds and that is something you might reuse for other applications so we need to extend the architecture so that we can do that.
